Account deletion
In apps that require an account, go to Settings › Account › Delete account, or email us naming the app. Your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. See our privacy policy for details.
Frequently asked questions
The app won't open / crashes. Update from the store first; if it persists, write to us with your device details.
No notifications. Check that the app has notification permission in device settings and that battery saving isn't restricting it.
Purchases / subscriptions. Payments made through the App Store and Google Play follow that store's refund rules; if you need help, write to us with your order number.
