2. What we collect
- Information you provide: name, email, phone and message content when you contact us or create an in-app account.
- Collected automatically: device model, OS version, app version, crash logs and anonymous usage statistics.
- App-specific data: if an app needs permissions such as location, camera or notifications, your device asks at the moment of use; if you decline, that feature won't work but the rest of the app will.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your request and provide the service
- To improve the stability and performance of our apps
- To meet legal obligations
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for advertising.
4. Third parties
Our apps may use service providers for hosting, crash reporting and anonymous analytics. These providers process data only on our behalf and under contract. Data is not shared except where legally required.
5. Retention
Contact records are kept for up to 2 years, app account data until the account is deleted, anonymous statistics for up to 26 months.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to processing and to data portability. Send requests to info@squadaway.com; we respond within 30 days.
7. Account and data deletion
In apps with accounts, you can delete your account from the in-app settings or by emailing us. Deletion is completed within 30 days.
8. Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS, access follows the least-privilege principle and regular security scans are performed.
10. Changes
Updates to this policy are published on this page; material changes are announced in the app.
